Each CD has 6 timing options to choose from. Track 1 = 30 sec. Music Intervals + 15 sec. Breaks Track 2 = 30 sec. Music Intervals + 30 sec. Breaks Track 3 = 1 Min. Music Intervals + 15 sec. Breaks Track 4 = 2 Min. Music Intervals + 15 sec. Breaks Track 5 = 3 Minute Music Intervals + 15 sec. Breaks Track 6 = 3 Minute Music Intervals + 30 sec. Breaks Choose the track and the CD will play in intervals of your choice. When the music stops the students stop and rotate to the next station. When the music starts again, the students begin to move. |
